I'm Anna — a writer, marketer, yoga teacher and deeply curious human. My work today might move between different worlds, but it grew from one long story.
For years, I was very good at keeping going.
I built a career in marketing, spending seven years working across content, social, campaigns and creative strategy for brands including Dolby and British Airways. It taught me how to turn ideas into stories — and how those stories become something people notice, remember or act on.
At the same time, my body was becoming harder to ignore. Burnout came alongside years of chronic health struggles, including SIBO, chronic urticaria, vertigo, chronic migraines, gut inflammation, severe fatigue and recurring nervous-system and immune-system inflammation.
Eventually, the questions changed. Less about how much more I could do, and more about what actually made me feel well, grounded and connected to myself.
Yoga had been part of my life for years, but travelling through Indonesia and completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training changed my relationship with it. Movement became less about doing and more about listening. That curiosity opened further into intuition, tarot, visualisation, the Silva Method, ritual and the relationship between our inner and outer worlds.
But creativity never disappeared. Long before wellbeing became part of my work, I studied Psychology and Creative Writing & Film, wrote poetry and was fascinated by stories. Marketing trained that instinct professionally. Yoga brought me back to the body.
Anna Redbird grew somewhere in the meeting point between those things.
Different threads. One practice.
Today I teach yoga, create content and strategy, write, work with tarot and intuition, and hold spaces for women to gather.
What connects it all is curiosity — about the body, the mind, creativity, connection and the stories we build our lives around.
