Space for what needs to be felt.
Women's circles, tarot, visualisation and intentional gatherings — spaces to connect, listen inward and explore the relationship between mind, body and intuition.
A different kind of conversation.
Women's circles create room for the conversations that don't always happen in everyday life — about change, relationships, identity, womanhood, what we're carrying and what we might be ready to let go of.
A circle can weave together conversation, guided reflection, journaling, tarot, visualisation, movement and simple rituals — shaped around the women in the room and the intention of the gathering.
Another way into the question.
I use tarot as a tool for reflection and intuition rather than a fixed prediction of the future. The cards can reveal a different perspective, uncover patterns or give language to something we already sense but haven't quite named.
Tarot can be part of a women's circle or gathering, or offered as a more individual reflective experience.
What we imagine matters.
Yoga Nidra · Silva Method · Visualisation
I found these practices through my own search for wellbeing. Yoga Nidra taught me deep rest; the Silva Method introduced me to working intentionally with visualisation, imagery and deeply relaxed states of mind.
I began using visualisation during a period of struggling with my eyesight, anxiety and autoimmune symptoms — imagining my eyes clear, my body at ease and myself well again. It became a practice I returned to often, alongside the rest of my care, and it changed how I related to my body and what I believed was possible for it.
That experience changed my relationship with the mind and body, and it's something I now bring into the spaces I hold — through Yoga Nidra, guided visualisation and Silva-inspired practices.
Not every hen weekend needs to end with a hangover.
I create women's getaways and bridal weekends built around actually being together — talking, laughing, moving, eating, celebrating and making space for the things we rarely have time for.
A weekend might weave together morning yoga, a women's circle, tarot, nature, beautiful food, a bridal ritual, journaling, swimming, dancing or long conversations over dinner.
No two gatherings need to look the same. The weekend can be shaped around the woman being celebrated, the friendships around her and the kind of experience you want to remember.
Plan a gathering →For the moments that deserve more space.
Some moments ask to be marked — a beginning, an ending, a loss, a change. I create gatherings that give us space to honour what was, what is changing, and what comes next.
