Strong heart.
Soft heart.

My teaching is rooted in Hatha and Vinyasa, moving between strength, flow and softness. I believe there is space for both — to challenge the body and listen to it, to build strength without losing tenderness, to move with intention and know when to soften.

Hatha & Vinyasa

Hatha gives me the space to slow things down, explore alignment and stay with a posture long enough to actually notice what is happening.

Vinyasa brings rhythm, breath and momentum — allowing one movement to lead naturally into the next.

My classes often move between the two, with space for Slow Flow, intuitive movement, active meditation and deeper relaxation depending on the energy of the practice.

There can be strength, heat and challenge, but also pauses, curiosity and room to respond to the body rather than simply pushing through a sequence.

beyond the sequence

Leave room to listen.

I like leaving space inside a practice for curiosity — changing the rhythm, staying somewhere longer, moving differently or simply noticing what feels needed that day.

That might mean Slow Flow, intuitive movement, active meditation, Yoga Nidra, guided relaxation or simply giving the body more time before moving on.

During deeper relaxation, I may also incorporate gentle hands-on massage or supportive touch, always with consent.

Structure gives the practice a foundation. Listening shapes what happens from there.
